A message from the President,

It is an honor and privilege to serve the Waukegan Community in many ways. My greatest accomplishment comes from been able to give back to "Mi Gente". It's in this city that I developed my sense of being a Latina. Mi pueblo /My Town has always been the place where I learned about cultural music, foods and history.

 

I am humbled to be able to serve the community with the values that were instilled in me many years ago: Faith, Culture and Unity. These are the values I try to live by daily and pass on to others as a dedicated member of the Puerto Rican Society of Waukegan.
